On Sunday (27th February 2022), I went to Dorothy House Snowdrops at Great Chalfield - Chalfield Manor. It started at 2 pm, but as I arrived early was allowed in early.
It was a lovely sunny day with blue skies, a welcome break after the storm.

And greeted by this lovely church, this was my first place to explore, which was gorgeous inside.
As I headed back outside, I decided it would be good to practice my Panorama (by taking several photos and stitching together) on the Manor.

I headed to the church and the Manor path to walk the gardens.
The gardens are so beautiful and peaceful. I walked down the steps to the lake; the snowdrops were hanging on.

When I looked back up, I had this lovely view.

I headed along the top path to get to the other side of the lake.
The view from the side while getting to the other side.
As I got to the other side, I started walking and admiring the flowers, other people enjoying the walk.
And then I have my photo taken by a Wiltshire Times photographer, which I got him to email to me, as it's infrequent that someone can get a picture of me as I am not the best at having my photo taken.

After chatting with the photographer, I made my way to the end of the track enjoying the flowers.
And when I turned a corner, I saw this handsome chappy.

I then made my way back to the Car. It was a lovely couple of hours out in the Sun, supporting a good cause as Dorothy House and going somewhere different.
