As I was woken up early this morning, I decided to grab my camera and go for an early morning walk, enjoying the sunshine.

The birds were out in full force, singing away.

My route was trying to walk a bit further to Calne; I reached this bridge and turned around.

En-route I met this lovely gentleman and his three dogs. He lived in my local patch all of his life and only ever seen the Otter's twice. I will have to keep wishing to see if I get to see them.

As we were chatting, he mentions that there are always deer down the track in a field. True to his word, I did see the dear and took plenty of photos.

Throughout the walk, I decided I would play. I have my camera on my stomach and press the button to see what I would capture, which I totally loved and made me laugh. Here are some photos.

As you can see, some came out alright (I had to do a little bit of editing) and others, well, just got the sky and ground.🤣🤣

I found some squirrels, playing I try to capture them, and this is the result.

One Squirrel fancied a drink.

But seriously, I wish people would take their rubbish home and put it in the bin.

On my way back, I bumped into a lovely lady who asked if I painted my photos; I politely said I haven't got that creative yet. She is an Artist and moved from Wales to my local patch to be near family. She misses the hills in Wales, and we talked about how we see things differently.

I love talking to the older generation, as their insight into life and their knowledge are wonderful. I am learning so much from them.

As I arrived in the town center, someone had a brilliant idea of different transport. 😊

Here are some more photos from the walk today.
