Grief is the most challenging process, and everybody deals with grief differently. As I am still trying to come to terms with the passing of my therapist, I went to my safe place on Tuesday Morning, Batheaston, to Bath Canal to be deep in my thoughts and use my photography as therapy.

There are not many words today; my heart and love go out to everyone struggling with grief, and I hope you have got the support you need. For me, I have purchased a book called how to carry what can't be fixed - A journal for grief, as one of the mechanisms my therapist gave me was to journal my feelings and thoughts, which worked well for me.

Today is just photos for people who need to escape or stare at the pictures and be with their thoughts. Whatever is suitable for you, I am sending my love to you.
