First Time at Westonbirt Arboretum

Last Saturday, my lovely friend Megan messaged me if I wanted to join her at Westonbirt on Sunday. I jumped at the chance as I had never been.

On Sunday, I set off to Westonbirt; it was a beautiful day. We met at the entrance and started our way to explore, busy chatting and taking photos.

Then we came across this.

We did not know this, so Megan researched and thought it was a Cockchafer.

We continued exploring.

Then my beady eye spotted a deer, which we didn't expect to see.

After watching the deer, we started to make our way to the main square to get lunch.

When we got to the square, we got our lunch, and while we were eating, it was amusing watching this dog chasing the crows away when they got close to his family.

As we restored our energy levels, we explored the other half of Westonbirt, avoiding the bridge; it was beautiful, not as colourful as the other, but still peaceful and tranquil.

After making the loop, it was home time. I enjoyed going to Westonbirt with my photography buddy and cannot wait for our next adventures.
