Being Scammed

Hi Everyone

It has been a really tough week. Last Wednesday, my energy levels were low, and I knew I was feeling right, and I am having a blip with my Anxiety and Depression. In a weak moment, I fell for a Phishing Scam, titled Offical NHS re COVID Passport. If you received this email, please ignore it, as I thought I was savvy enough due to the Cyber Security Training I get with work, but in my weakness, they caught me.

I wanted to warn everyone, do not answer these emails and definitely do not answer a call from your bank; go into the bank. As I am absolutely broken and struggling to trust myself, trust other people, I lose my confidence. I will not go into full details, but I wanted to warn people, so they don't fall, victim.

I am taking a break from everything now, as it's going to take time to put one foot back in front of the other and get back to being me. If I don't reply to you if you leave a comment, please don't be offended.
